This was probably our favorite season of Baseball yet. Jackson had a great coach, a great group of friends he got to play with and a great season!! This year Jackson was asked to play with some of his basketball friends with McKay's dad Scott being our coach. He had so much fun playing with all his friends, plus it didn't hurt that they ended up 3rd overall. We started early in the season playing on the grass fields and then towards the end of the season they got to play on the bigger fields and feel like real ball players. Some of the games were even under the lights which Jackson loved! I don't think the boys realized how good they were doing until it came down to the second to last game they played in the tournament. They won that game by only 1 run!! The boys made it to the semi-finals where Jacks played his best game EVER! He had some of his best hits of the season that night. Although they didn't win the tournament we still took Jacks out to Leatherby's to celebrate what a awesome night and season he had overall. So proud of this little guy. He became such a good hitter this season and I loved watching him be with such a good group of boys. Way to go Yankees!
