Pumpkin Patch

I love this time of year! Even though it starts getting colder and the days get shorter, there is something so fun about all the holidays. Fun traditions and good family time. The Pumpkin Patch has become a family favorite. Jackson LOVES going every year to pick out pumpkins and this year Andersen enjoyed it more too! We tried a different "patch" this year and we definitely will go back. They had a couple goats the kids could feed, a huge pile of hay to climb on and of course the traditional tractors. We even took Maelyn for her first time. Because the sun sets so soon, me and the kids headed over first and Nate met us there right after work. We took maybe 10 minutes to pick out pumpkins and the rest of the time was spent watching the boys climb up and down the haystack until the sun set. Andersen loved it as much as Jackson until he got a stash of hay in his pants. He spent the rest of the night with his hands in his pants itching away. Maelyn just slept right through it all!
